Todays macros were 100g protein 50g carb and 185g fat let me know if we need to make adjustments

Fasted 23hrs
Ate from 6-9am

Pre workout meal:197g banana and 64g peanut butter

Post workout meal: 8oz ground bison liver heart blend with mustard. 6 eggs scrambled w 8tbsp butter

Cardio: 90 min non fasted walking

Yea I think that’s what got me in the end. For calories I’ve been eating around 2300ish should I rework the macros to hit that or do you want to drop calories?

rework the macros a bit but fats are high in calories
just stick to the new macros for 2 days lets see if we can push you back into ketosis

now that you adjusted your diet i think a few days you in ketosis for sure
waiting for new monitor
 
You're spitting out ketones consistently.

That means you continue to lean out and you're producing ketones. That's great.
