Ate from 6-7am

Current goal is to get down from 187.5 to around 180-182 pounds then hopefully if I’m lean enough I’d like to start a recomp with a 100 cal surplus


Meal1 : rice cake with 4tbsp almond butter
9 eggs with 7 tbsp butter

Cardio: shoveled ice and snow 1 hr non fasted

Training: rest( had snow and rain turned to ice )

your dedication is legit
i can tell you dropped bodyfat from when you started CLEAR fat loss drops
and muscle gains as well
i would say night and day from the start , real deal you are keeping to your word
VERY proud of your amazing look :)

real high fats for sure you're in ketosis bro
lets start dialing in the fats, dial them back by 50 grams and up protein by 20

Sounds good bro so we aiming for 100g protein and 140 fats for both training and rest days

Thanks bro I really appreciate it. I try to stay as consistent as possible since I’d like to compete in a year or 2 so I’m trying to lean down to have a good foundation to put on some size
