Approved Log My 1st Testosterone Enanthate Anavar Cycle Log

This is me today. I was only flexing my abs in this Pic and showing the progress I've made as far as body fat not muscle. I've been doing even better on my diet and trying to get rid of these love handles as well as bodyfat. However I'm starting to get nervous about my skin not tightening quick enough for how fast my fat is going down. I have been doing more cardio like treadmill as well as some ab workouts like crunches and butterfly kicks to target the abs and lower abs region. But yeah this is what my abs are looking like at the moment and this is not after an ab workout so this is it's natural state not pumped but they are flexed.

2 months ago these pants fit perfectly. Didn't need a belt and there was only like an inch of room. This is showing the bodyweight I've lost since then and now I have to tighten my belt pretty tight to like the 4th hole to keep my pants from falling down lol this is my progress. Weight still isn't going down but the fat is. Also my fist isn't squeezed in there even though it does look like that. I still have like a quarter an inch of play if I wanted to. I didn't want anyone to think I barely fit my fist in there. It fits pretty easily actually just hard to tell in the Pic because these are jeans.

This was arm day so arms were pumped and I was just flexing those and probably my chest is aint going to lie but I was doing biceps and back and lats that day. That was just yesterday. So this is a very recent Pic of my muscle progress. My triceps need work and they are bulking up but hard to see until my body fat goes down. But I can see a pretty decent horseshoe in the light but not all the time even when I flex so with this new gym I'm using which sucks I've decided to try and prioritize triceps for a few weeks to get them looking better.

Lots of updates today. Because I'm not able to post often I'm trying to get all the information out in the open as quickly as possible to keep everyone updated. My masteron will be forced to come to an end early which I'm upset about. The integrity of the rubber top has deteriorated and now I have rubber floating around in my vial. I may be able to only use one more time to avoid the floating rubber pieces. This was a para pharma bottle I got from ugfreak.to. I can't be to hard on them because most people run this at higher doses so go through a bottle much faster then I have. However the bottle quality still was the reason for me to end my masteron cycle early. I have been pinning it in .5ml doses every other day so I'm not surprised it didn't hold up but my pharmaqo bottles didn't do this.

real lean size now, you are on your way and tracking nicely

if you want to get rid of love handles and get even leaner thats more difficult because of your situation bro
you would need to do 2 things, make more diet adjustments, with your limited food that would mean taking skin of chicken legs, cutting portions etc
and more cardio and high intensity training
 
Ok now for my diet portion of the update. So my diet has been high protein. I eat a tiny amount of oatmeal before I workout. When I say tiny I mean a size of like an apple. Then after working out I eat 4 over easy eggs and some peach slices with my protein drink which is 50g of protein in just the drink. Then I don't eat for the next 12 to 14hrs and only drink water. After I get back from work I usually just eat some kind of lean meat or honestly whatever they have at the time but it's usually not as clean as my breakfast but still don't eat a very large amount. It's proven to be challenging to find the right foods for dinner where I stay. But honestly not eating all day I feel like even if my dinner has a bit higher calories it just makes up for the calories I missed through out the day. Also I do drink another protein drink of 50g during mid day.

Stamina is and always has been the most difficult part of my health and will always be a huge challenge. However knowing this i will start doing this in the next month after I've trained abs and worked the treadmill good and made it to where my cardio has improved. I can't jump right into at the moment because I won't last 5min lol but I will work up to it for sure if that's what I need to do to make more progress.
