I guess I'm going to switch to high reps and actually do more cardio now because some of yall seem to think getting leaner will suit me better. I don't really care for that lol but maybe now that i have more meat it may actually look better. Going to start this grind tomorrow and honestly I'm worried I won't be able to commit to this because my stamina is so awful and my biggest weakness ugh. I'm going to at least really give it a try and give the ppl what they want lol I hope yall are with me every step of the way because this really will be the hardest thing I've ever done as far as weight training goes. I plan on hitting the dreaded row machine. The cardio row machine. Give me a cal goal guys!
