I’m looking to start eating sweet potatoes after reading how good they are. A lot of people say they are the ultimate bodybuilding food in a great way to get a lot of vitamins and minerals and carbs. Do you have any special tricks and tips to making them where they taste good?
I never have a lot of time to cook, I poke holes in them, throw it in the microwave for 6 minutes, cut it open, add some low fat Greek yogurt, and they’re delicious.
