Great upper body workout today! We are still on leg/cardio rest period for another couple of days. Leg is feeling 90% better, but we are going to ride it out to make sure! I have all of my blood work results, besides my test levels. Once I get my full results, I will post them here! Had check in, and went over some things with my coach. After this health period of basically test/gh only, we will be adding in some mast and npp. Also, eventually, titrating up the gh dose! Very excited for this next phase of my journey. Looking to drop a little bit more fat/weight, and then we will be packing on real size! A couple hundred carbs will be added pre/post workout when we add in the extra compounds. Really looking forward to sharing this journey with you all! Unfortunately, we have another full rest day next (1/28/2026), but the next day we will be hitting another upper day... and after that we should be back to normal scheduling. Cardarine and Cialis will be added shortly as well. I also decided to switch from 2iu gh am, and 6iu pm to the full 8iu at night before bed. I will check in with you all again tomorrow!
