12 months on mk677 then what?

I'm 10 months into my mk677 run nutrobal
I would say overall I have had some decent results with fat loss and also my appetite has really leveled off where I don't get hungry all the time like when I first started
also lean muscle mass has been there. however been disappointed with overall strength and vascularity which has not improved very much from when I started
my question is where do I go from here when I finish this? should I take some time off and hop back on for another year or should I just try something else maybe peptides or hgh?
My goals are still fat loss, anti aging, and looking and feeling good
I'm 52 years old and 178 lb and 5 ft 9 in

peptides and hgh would give you a similar result

GH isn't for strength and vascularity. i would use it for anti aging, sleep quality and fat loss.

so i would go to AAS if you want those things

It depends on your goals as to what you do next.. i would recommend taking a minimum of a month away from 677 if not longer but there are plenty of other great options you could go with...

677 on its own is not going to do anything drastic for strength and vascularity, thats not what it does not what it is known for...

Are you referring to the dosages that were recommended on the peptide stack? Cuz I don't see where the original post mentioned his actual dosage.... did I miss something?
