66 years old and first steroid cycle

I strongly recommend a reputable endocrinologist. Your test levels are respectable and cycling at your age will likely have consequences, where TRT may give you the boost you’re looking for.

Keep a hawkeye on your PSA levels. Anything under 4 is ok, but the most important thing to watch for is if the level doubles regardless if it’s under 4 or not. Doubling PSA can indicate the presence of cancer and at 66, you have a 66% chance of developing prostate cancer.

I would not recommend any orals at your age. Injectables only…to protect your liver.

That said…investigate TRT before doing anything else
