So about 2 months ago I finished my first cycle and it went GREAT! I gained about 20 lbs and netted about 10 of solid muscle (which is what I expected). Now I’m planning out my next one and thought to come here for advice- I’d like to maximize my muscle gains, and really supercharge my athletic performance/ stamina (my partner got me into doing hybrid training and I’d love to find a way to perform better). Do yall have any suggestions as to what my next cycle should look like? Should I stack compounds or just do straight T again? Also how can I improve my PCT regimen? Should I consider adding peptides?
I feel like it was a mostly positive experience but got flabby (not sure if that’s residual water weight or my metabolism briefly slowing down) very quickly after my cycle ended and I would like to avoid that in the future.
For some details:
my cycle was just 250mg/ 2x a week of Test cyp with .25mg anastrozole for e control. PCT was just 1000 iu HCG 2x/ week + 100 mg DHEA EOD + Epicatchin 180mg daily. Initially was going to do tamoxifen too but was convinced not to by a commenter on Naps.
I’m 34 and weigh about 175lbs now, am 5’11” and as of late consume around 3500 cal/day, usually eat clean and supplement for extra calories with Karolyn and fruits (bananas and strawberries usually) added to my shakes.
So yeah, if yall have any suggestions on how to optimize my next cycle/PCT I’d appreciate anything you’ve got!
