@Azurialus stuck in truck? you cant do anything when in truck? like get 1 dumbell for a curl or not possible?

and hows the diet?
By stuck in the truck i mean im driving a truck till im tired and sleeping to do it again.
Only stopping to make breakfast shake in the morning, Fuel truck and get a shower in at a road house, or cook additional rice for the next days meals

Diet is pretty much exactly the same as usual except the pasta only keeps for 2 days once cooked so days beyond two meals swap to microwavable mexican style rice. The first two days are cooked in advance, and the rest are portioned chicken and veg then i add the mayo/franks/rice on the day i plan to eat them.

Got stuck on site one night cause mine site safety are pricks like that, They gave me an emergency room but the bloody camp gym was out of action for some reason. well the 24 hour one was and the non 24 hour one was closed.

Are you driving in the states? You should get a 10 hour reset after 11 hours of driving you should be able to find time unless you don’t run a log
 
Here we are, Christmas binging has completed and back to being a good boy with my calories
Ate plenty of ham and deserts, roasted veges etc, Surprisingly only gained 1.1kg from 23rd to 28th
