Approved Log Az Testosterone Enanthate Bulk log

Here we are, Christmas binging has completed and back to being a good boy with my calories
Ate plenty of ham and deserts, roasted veges etc, Surprisingly only gained 1.1kg from 23rd to 28th
Christmas eve had a quick leg workout

Then i was in full Christmas lazy mode, Got sunburn and enjoyed life.

Today was Pull day and back into normal routine and calories

think ill drop the weight back down a plate and hold that for a week or so to allow supporting muscles to become accustomed to the load in stabilizing my back when rowing.

Pain killers are pretty much my longest running supplement at the moment

Lumbar spine has two shot discs, Fusion would help some of my issues but potentially make some of them worse so specialist and surgeon have both agreed that the best course is to continue with pain medication until such a time where it either no longer is sufficient or the issues that fusion would solve hit the point where they need to be done regardless of the possibility of the secondary issues worsening.

Baseline pain medication is Palexia (Tapentadol) Sustained release 150mg twice per day, And i have the Immediate release variant or panadiene forte for flare ups or injuries which is dosed as required.

took yesterday off to rest back before hitting push day (and to move legs off date night, No one likes leg cramp mid doggy)

Food is back to the usual shakes for breakfast and 5 pasta meals every 3 hours after.

only pics of birthday and christmas trash diet i got was the ones below, was more interested in stuffing it in my face that remembering what it looked like before.

Birthday dinner was trashy Pizza hut stuffed crust meat lovers
Followed by cookies and cream cheese cake.
Christmas involved a bunch of ham, mainly on toast but there was some roasted vegetables included on the day as well.
Got some mini pavlova in and a couple of brandy snaps
had some apple crumble and some icecream with that as welll

Really surprised i only gained 1.1kg over the 5 days. thats only a double of what my weeks gain was sposed to be anyway, and the sodium increase from all the ham im not even sure if its off the goal at all.

you going to do any fasting after the load?

I've got at least three herniated discs from a combination of heavy weight training when I was younger and also a couple car accidents so I know what you're going through

did inversion table, helped temporarily. did chiropractors did nothing but drain my wallet and time (probably made it worse), pain killers just fucked up my stomach, even did a couple cortisone shots which numbed the area but not much else

the only thing that helped me was hot yoga

I was actually thinking about it the other day and came to the conclusion that I don't even have neck or back pain anymore thanks to doing consistent hot yoga.
 
back and neck issues are pretty common injuries for weight trainers
how did you originally injure yourself?
 
Sometimes weight training can be a good thing and sometimes it can hurt you more than help
a lot of times certain exercises do more harm than good
 
injuries are the worst thing
weight training injuries aren't like other sports and sometimes they can sneak up on you
