bad anxiety when I made changes on cycle

so I went on testosterone 750mgs a week
did not use any AI
Talk to a friend and he said I didn’t need one, did my own research and seems like I do
decided to get on aromasin and run 25mgs 3x a week. Later I started to deal with a lot of anxiety that wasn’t happening previously
a bit about me:
I’m 30 years old and I’ve never had anxiety issues before except for when I was in college and trying to crash for an exam
what do you think is happening here?

no ai is the issue
you might have crashed your estrogen
drop test to 250mgs/week and use 5mgs aromasin/week and n2guard 7caps

25×3 my god that was a disaster waiting in the wings, also this is why bloodwork on cycle is absolutely a must.

we cannot say with certainty until you get bloodwork.. the fact that this thought never crossed your mind is rather worrisome to say the least.. you need to get this done and that way you can see the exact cause of the problem but once this cycle is done and this mess is fixed, you should not go near steroids until you have done far more research and actually grasp what you are even doing

you won't go wrong using testosterone with aromasin but balance them

i use ancillaries on cycle based on what i use
if you use lots of test you need anti estrogen or you bloat up
