blasting and cruising testosterone

I'm 32 years old and I want to take bodybuilding more seriously. I'm up to 215 lbs. Every time I come off cycle, I lose my gains. I would like to start blasting and cruising testosterone. Let's say I was to blast 700-800 mg of testosterone. What would be a good cruising dosage to maintain my gains and strength?

Fix the diet and training better.
