I seem to have hit a wall with my weight training and I’m not improving like I used to
from when I was about 20 years old up to 25 years old I feel like I was growing quite a bit in fact I put on about 40 lbs during that span which is almost 10 lbs per year.
But over the past year I’ve definitely stalled I think I’ve only put on about 2 lbs this entire year
do you think I should change up my training right now I’m doing a four-day split?
