I’m looking for your advice on the best cardio that I can do and if I should do it before or after I do my weight training, I usually do about 20 or 25 sets when I lift weights. If I do cardio before it seems like I’m too tired to hit the weights and if I do the weights first, I usually just want to go home and have my protein shake so I’m kind of not sure what to do.
