confused about glutamine

I’m getting confused when it comes to how to take glutamine
what dosage should I aim for?
What are the benefits when it comes to healthy and bodybuilding?
How often do I need to take it during the day?
I keep hearing people say different things
 
glutamine is simply an amino acid that is plentiful in veggies and chicken etc. you already get plenty no need to spend a penny on it

I take 10 grams glutamine per day that's all is needed with creatine.

Dose is 20g. However, if you're diet is on point you don't need it. ALL and I mean ALL the studies that said you do used restrictive conditions
 
Glutamine is converted from BCAA's. It can't be absorbed orally. Every glutamine product since it's inception in 1994 has been a total waste.

Take 7-10 grams of L-Glutamine per day after each of your workouts!
