I'm currently doing 2 g of creatine a day. I might take a day or two off during the week if I forget to take it, but I've been pretty consistent for the past month. I'm just not seeing enough benefits. Do you think that I should increase the dosage to a higher dose?
Bros, you can't just take creatine and expect the world. You have to have a solid diet and train the right way as well. That's all together the way it works best.
