I have been a customer of purity source labs for 3 years. Still waiting to hear back from them on a recent order I did. Their psl products looked good so I grabbed them. Order went through as far as I know and I sent the money. But I’m not getting any customer service to answer my questions on if I did everything right. Send 3 messages since friday and 0 responses. Not happy at all

maybe you didnt even properly use the ticket system

PSL is one of the top sources. you probably are missing the messages. they have reps all over
