Approved Log Cutting Cycle Log - from 254 to 230lbs

I have my son this weekend so it was a quick chest day and I’m taking a full rest day tomorrow. First actual rest day since starting this cut lol weight is 233. Diet is on point, weight should be going down more by next week. If not I’ll adjust calories. I’m definitely in a deficit so I just need to be patient.

You are a true Alpha and your weights that you're doing, are insane.

You're going to get strong as hell, man. Keep it going and stay healthy.
 
Make sure you're doing proper warm-ups, because this is some heavy weight you're doing.
Also, don't forget to stretch afterwards.
