Approved Log Cycle, Diet, Training - Cutting Log

I am taking Test E 400 once a week sometimes twice. Masteron E 200 a week.

Work out 3 times a week at least. Cardio only fast walking a mile 3 times a week. I want to do more.

Diet is low Calorie, high protien and low Carb almost none. I am taking Tirzeptide each week. 5mg every 4 or 5 days.

I am 48 years old, 4 months ago I was 311 pounds. Today I was 254.6 lbs.

I ate today 1 half cup of rice, and 4 pork chops. I only drink water with lemon. I eat twice a day small portions. If I am really hungry I just eat more protien. Example: few days ago I ate 3 or 4 cups of ground beef with brocali.

I think I am having trouble with Prostate. I bought saw Palmeto. I am having trouble sleeping. I sleep 2 hours wake up then maybe back to bed for 3 hours more.

I dont know at what weight I need to be but I want to burn all my fat well atleast very lean.

I worked out some in High school, I played college Football and worked out. I had a friend who taught me how to lift and work out body parts back in high school.

The truth is I am 48 and maybe worked out 2 years total time in my life. And when I did people were amazed how I looked after a month of working out. I have ( they say) good genetics. I never really did bicepts but I grow muscle quick. I will send picts of me just 4 months ago. Lol.

I only have been working out for over 30 days or so now. Dieting 4 months but started going to gym about month or so. I am taking this very serious now. Its my main goal in life going foward.

id like to know about your prostate, you mean you having pain? you ejaculating regular?

you taking 400mgs test, how about aromasin?
how about organ liver cycle support n2guard? you would need that for prostate as well

I am going to need help! I am new at this. Its hard for me to pee sometimes. I assumed its my prostate. I will post more. I am losing weight fast like 10 pounds a month. I just injected Masteron today 100mg E and I feel it working instantly. Alot of energy as soon after I inject. I want to get shredded and wont stop till i do. I dont take anything outside of test and masteron about to order anavar

nice job on the changes already. i would suggest graduating to retatrutide eventually. its a step above tirzepatide @MikeW

@MikeW bro you remind me of my sleep. i manage 2 hours sleep then wife wake me up. rides me for an hour then back to sleep until she horny again. she a big women too she clocking in at 430lbs
