My first rest day since last wednesday. My rest days will now be wednesday, and sunday... but I had to workout everyday last week in order to catch back up to my new training schedule. Feeling a sense of overall well-being.. training wise as well as just everyday life. I know my EQ is nowhere close to being fully saturated, but I can't wait until it is. Right around that same time we will be adding in NPP. I"m not sure which dose we will be going with, but it is a brand new compound for me.. which is always an exciting thing to add something new in! I just got done with my Chest workout today (3/5/2026), which will be in tomorrow's log. I did have a horrible night of sleep last night for some reason.. getting in less than 3 hours total. It is back to work tomorrow, so hopefully I will be able to catch back on some much needed rest before I go back in at 11 am. Man, my 2 days off from work always fly by soo damn fast. Shout out to all my fellow loggers, and especially to the USP logging family! Love reading through everyone's log and catching that air of motivation from it. I'll be back tomorrow to report on today's workout.
