got a great workout in today. I was able to film all of my working sets and send them to my coach. He got back to me on some adjustments and changes that need to be implemented. So instead of taking a rest day tomorrow I will be good running through the same workout that I did today with the adjustments made. Looked pretty freaky today in the gym and it felt great. As far as strength goes all my numbers are improving. Some things I need to work on is lowering weight and doing more full movements so that’s what I’ll be doing in my next workout. Overall, great day today love the training. I also did an extra cardio day today to try experimenting to be able to get my heart rate in the 130 average? I got close but only was at 1:24 so I will be upping some numbers. Really looking forward to the future can’t wait to see what it brings.
