Moving right along to a lower body workout. The short, but deadly workout came up again. Squat is improving. First time repping 225, I got 8. I am happy with that, as 135 was rough when i first started squatting a month or so ago. My legs may not be huge yet, but they are definitely getting stronger! Out of all my body parts, my legs have improved the most! Hitting them 2 to 3 times per week has really been a game changer. My weight has shot up in the past week for some reason. I went from 166 a couple days ago to 176.2 today. I did have to eat outside of my diet 1 time because I woke up late and had not prepped my meal. I had to eat some 80/20 beef at work. I do want to put on size this cycle, but not 10 pounds in 1 week lol. We should balance back out in the next week. I have someone who is helping me out with my plan going forward, after all my pictures are sent to them Tuesday, some changes will most likely be made to my training regiment, as well as my macros. Muscles are definitely more "full" looking compared to a month ago as well. Overall, I am happy with the progress I am making, and looking forward to seeing this cycle out.
