Moving right along to a lower body workout. The short, but deadly workout came up again. Squat is improving. First time repping 225, I got 8. I am happy with that, as 135 was rough when i first started squatting a month or so ago. My legs may not be huge yet, but they are definitely getting stronger! Out of all my body parts, my legs have improved the most! Hitting them 2 to 3 times per week has really been a game changer. My weight has shot up in the past week for some reason. I went from 166 a couple days ago to 176.2 today. I did have to eat outside of my diet 1 time because I woke up late and had not prepped my meal. I had to eat some 80/20 beef at work. I do want to put on size this cycle, but not 10 pounds in 1 week lol. We should balance back out in the next week. I have someone who is helping me out with my plan going forward, after all my pictures are sent to them Tuesday, some changes will most likely be made to my training regiment, as well as my macros. Muscles are definitely more "full" looking compared to a month ago as well. Overall, I am happy with the progress I am making, and looking forward to seeing this cycle out. Notes

Very good upper body workout! Strength is continuing to remain where it is, or even go up a little bit. We were able to hit higher reps in some movements, and on others we stayed where we were. My body weight jumped up a little bit today, but was back down this morning. Might be looking into adding a little arimidex due to sensitive nipples, we are going to try to up the mast by 10 mg daily to 420mg per week, and if that doesn't do anything look into adding the arimidex next week. First check in with the guy that is helping me tomorrow! Looking forward to it. I have to send in a lot of poses for the first check in, so we will see how that goes!

Notes

Yesterday was a full day of rest for me! First full rest day in a week. Definitely felt like it was needed! Got a good amount of sleep in yesterday as well! Today however, was first check-in with the guy that is helping me out now! Took a whole bunch of different posing pictures, and answered a bunch of questions. Will be implementing a new training routine tomorrow! Today was an upper body workout, which will be posted in tomorrow's log. Fell off a little last week as far as cardio goes, but we will be back at it strong this week! Only hit cardio 2 out of 7 days last week, but this week we will get in at least 5 out of 7. Hopefully with this bump up in mast we will not have to implement something to control the gyno symptoms. I don't feel any lumps or anything yet, just sensitivity. Really looking forward to these next couple of months to see what kind of progress/ transformation I will be able to achieve. I will let you all know about any changes that will be implemented in the next couple of days!
