Update bros. I got sick last weekend so I got a taste of that just an fyi to all the bros that went down during cycle gotta love it. In other news I’m off of dbol anadrol and hgh! no I’m not that exited about it but after two months of anting up the nervous system and pushing my strength to the limit I’m happy to be away from big orals and big weights. Hard on the joints. For me especially. Very greatful to have made it this far and did what I wanted to do. Very blessed to have been free from injury and to have funny conversations even meet some guys in the area that share this passion. After HS my passion for the gym just left me and I found myself at times going through the motions but Anabolex has made it fun again. I crushed all those PRs except for the 350 bench. I didn’t attempt it. I was getting real tired and a lot of acid was built up in the body from hard training days and I left it on the table for some other time. I’ve got some experience in injury and I knew it wasn’t my time. I’ve made so many PRs this go and I had too much fun bro. Seriously. For now and the final results I leave y’all with 6 pictures before and afters. To let you be the judge. Of course the gear played a role but in two months I made a dream a reality. I got what I wanted mass, PRs and muscle development. That’s all I could really asks for. In total I gained 16 lbs. water muscle whatever it still here. With my next protocol I should be able to keep it because I’m not really hopping off but more technically maintaining and shaving the fat off by hopefully diet. Y’all have given so much advice on diet it’s crazy. Now what I know just gotta keep working and keep listening.
My maintenance protocol is weekly 1000test + 1000 deca + 200 mg Mast p
With 25mg proviron a day and 1 mg arimidex a week
