deca durabolin cycle didn't do pct

hello anabolex, finally singed up 3 years ago I ran deca alone and didn't do pct, just used sarms after and I was still fine I thought. I just got blood work and found something bad

LH is 1.21
FSH 1.14

That's way below low range there, what do I do now?

did you get a full blood panel?? you need to see many more areas than lh and fsh

That's VERY low, period. I would start PCT if you never did it, obviously you need to do a long one now.
At least a 12 weeks pct to recover your endrocrine system.

it means your pituitary glands are not functioning. i highly doubt it was from 1 deca cycle and some sarms. you likely already had a poor functioning HPTA

if you throw a bunch of pct drugs at your system those numbers will rebound of course, but guess what happens after? yeah they crash back down. there is no point in running a pct at this point, you run it to prevent a crash after a cycle so you are 2 years later to the party on that.

instead i would want to see your entire bloodwork and i would recommend getting on n2generate ES, that will naturally help boost those numbers

After this long, I would have expected you to recover even with no PCT. 3 years is a long time. You definitely want to get more comprehensive blood work to see what is going on.
