I'm very new to weight training and I'm 26 years old. I've done it here and there. Back in the old days I used to lift weights for football but I really wasn't consistent. I just go in the weight room every now and then and throw some weights around. I wasn't really serious about it.
Now I got a gym membership and I'm serious. I would like to do a good bodybuilding routine to build muscle and strength. What's a good one for someone like me who's a late bloomer?
