Approved Log From shit to fit my Training Log

I posted 2 sets of labs in this log. My blood sugar fasted is in the 60-70s everytime I check it fasted.

I use insulin on high days, suppressor max (berberine) in the morning and 500 of metformin before dinner.

I spend a lot on health supps, stay fairly lean yr round, cardio daily and 90% clean lower fat diet. I’m also not pushing food that hard bc we don’t want to get to far from contest shape. I’ve been mid 290s multiple times but at the end of the day I feel like I just have to diet longer to get in shape and take calories way lower so I end up losing any extra muscle I gained from pushing up.

Low day - p 355, c 205, f 130 (3xweek)
Med day - p 355, c 405, f 70 (1-2xweek)
High day - p 355, c 555, f 55 (2-3xweek)

I use to have terrible blood work, blood pressure, sleep apnea, etc. I’m far from a genetic freak. I just learned from 20 yrs of experience how to mitigate a lot of the problems this sport brings especially enhanced and I refuse to not run multiple health phases throughout the yr regardless of how good my labs are. I also won’t continue to push if something is off. I have no problem dropping everything and going back to 150 test a week if need be.

I guess you can afford to have your estrogen a little elevated. It won't really kill you.
