I spend a lot on health supps, stay fairly lean yr round, cardio daily and 90% clean lower fat diet. I’m also not pushing food that hard bc we don’t want to get to far from contest shape. I’ve been mid 290s multiple times but at the end of the day I feel like I just have to diet longer to get in shape and take calories way lower so I end up losing any extra muscle I gained from pushing up.
Low day - p 355, c 205, f 130 (3xweek)
Med day - p 355, c 405, f 70 (1-2xweek)
High day - p 355, c 555, f 55 (2-3xweek)
