if someone drinks a gallon of water a day, eats 6 small meals spread out, does an hour of cardio a day, and follows a high protein low carb diet will they lose a lot of fat?
what can I add to the low carb to lean out? some good supplement easy to use
 
You can lose a lot of fat that way but eventually your metabolism will slow down. You should try fasting at least 12-16 hours per day.
If you want to add something to carbs meals, use n2slin 15min before meals.
