Well, I was doing my legs today. I mean, I can not only eat burgers (I'm kidding, I keep a calorie deficit, and I'm also going to cut 2-5% a week):

The training session took 80 minutes.

How do you feel:
Everything is fine, there were some problems with sleep right away. now they're gone (added valerian before going to bed); I feel very good. Definitely the stack is working, we continue.
There are also no problems with libido - all my ladies are happy with me.

you should add melatonin with valerian try it

Well, the report for the past week:
- weight, stable and unchanged - 98 kg, but for me I'm getting drier ;
- average daily calorie intake - 2600 kcal;
- the average daily protein intake is 192 grams;
- carbohydrates - 242 grams.
