Well, I was doing my legs today. I mean, I can not only eat burgers (I'm kidding, I keep a calorie deficit, and I'm also going to cut 2-5% a week):

How do you feel:
Everything is fine, there were some problems with sleep right away. now they're gone (added valerian before going to bed); I feel very good. Definitely the stack is working, we continue.
