hard recomp ahead

recomping has never been easy for me
I currently am 9% body fat, want to get leaner
I weigh around 174 pounds and 5’10’’
45 years old
my plan as follows:
testosterone 200mgs a week
trenbolone 250mgs a week
winstrol 25mgs a day
8 weeks good enough?
 
winstrol can be stopped earlier. i am not a fan of using winny with tren. way too harsh stacking them. so its good you are doing 25mgs

thats a good cycle but do 12 weeks and add n2guard
 
if you going recomp do 50mgs winstrol 8 weeks
