I was vegan for quite a while, I’m saying maybe 5-6 years. But I recently quit to eat cooked meat again. My first few meats consisted of bison and beef which arose my cholesterol and allowed me to do a heavier workout/exercise. This being said I am now eating different types of foods now and I feel accomplished with my body/personality. This being said, I am not so tired or feel any fatigue. Not anymore am I fueling with just plant based products.
But hey, if you have the right implementation being vegan is ok, nothing wrong at all…
Now I am taking creatine and differing tissues derived from bovine. Let’s see where my progress is within the next 5-6 months.
