How to eat on cardarine gw

I’m 28 yrs old 5’8’’ and 165 pounds. My gym measure thing you hold up to test body fat says im’ around 18% body fat
I’m eating 2200-2500 cals per day
I’m gonna be trying GW for 20mgs and 8 weeks
Question about how to eat while on it. Should i drop the calories to 2000 only if i am trying to cut without losing muscle? Or keep things the same and see what happens?
 
you need to eat below your maintenance if you are wanting to cut.. you may have to sacrifice a little muscle and maybe not depending on the types of foods you eat.. higher protein will help you here, moderate carbs and fats and you are just going to have to test things out... if you want to preserve lean muscle you may want to include rad140 here, which would help tremendously..

focus on eating quality nutritious foods

eat in a time restricted window

managing insulin spikes and glucagon is more important then how many calories in you get. there is such thing as calories out too as well. but there is more to burning fat and one of the secrets is fasted cardio. you will burn MORE FAT when doing fasted cardio vs. eating then doing cardio EVEN if your calories in is the same.

bro your whole diet needs to be right, high protein lower carbs clean foods...extend to 12 weeks with GW

You want to get your mindset to eating for your goals, not eating for a PED you are going to run. Focus on eating clean, whole, single ingredient foods. Eliminate processed foods......including whey protein powder. If you aren't gaining, eat more, if you want to cut and are not losing, eat less. Try to keep it that simple.
