how to inject bpc and tb500?

I’m going to be ordering BPC and TB 500. I’ve never used them before. I’ve been reading a lot of conflicting things online. Some people say that you can inject them anywhere, and some people say you’re supposed to inject them in specific spots. Can you give me your recommendations?
 
bpc 250mcg a day is all you need. Do that for 2 or 3 weeks, then you can gradually start decreasing the dosage.
 
tb500 and bpc work well together stacked. you can do 4-5mgs a week then do bpc alongside it as well. 500mcg is on point
