Immune supplement?

I wasn't an expo last year and I came across a guy who said he was selling a supplement that was great for immune support. This was around a Time covid started blowing up everywhere. He said the products name was armaforce and that it was supposed to contain a lot of ingredients to boost immune system like zinc and vitamin C. I can't find it anywhere but is there a similar supplement I can use

I dont know about what product you saw, but I use n2guard daily it has all the vitamins and minerals and organ liver support I need.

there is a never ending cycle of products that 'help with immune system' at the end of the day proper nutrition, sleep and not stressing out is the best thing you can do. that will help you absorb these vitamins in the first place

also fasting is very important

and also stay away from people and get vaccinated of course

Best thing to do is eat lots of raw fruits and veggies, get good quality sleep, and take time off of eating.
