joint pain all over :(

Newbie
I’ve been lifting for 10 years but the past year I have noticed that going high rep I tend to have problems with joint pain, like everything is hurting. If I do rows my forearms hurt, when I do squats my knees hurt. I need to get on joint supplements, please suggest me one to try.
 
Join pain you need yoga, healthy fats and n2joint rx (good product im using it now)
for peptides try tb500 and bpc of course
 
N2joint definitely helps. I’ve been supplementing with it for a while and it’s helped my joints tremendously
 
Here are some things you can try. Either all together or chose a few of them:

And make sure you listen to your body and take extra days off. Nothing wrong with taking a week off training and doing a "de-load" week now and then to give the joints a rest.
