nerve pain in back

I was doing some squats and I went to do 400 pounds and felt something pop in my back, then my back started to cramp up and tighten. I sat there for 10 minutes and the pain went down and finished my workout. I am okay now after 2 days. Any supplements that you guys think will help me with my back issues?

N2joint rx will help with your joints not really back but joints for sure and mk2866 ostarine 50mgs/day will help a lot.

you need to warm up better, you need to use better form, and you need to stretch and do yoga after your workouts or in between workouts. these are things we ALL need to do better. if you go in there like a gorilla and start doing heavy squats bad things WILL happen

There isn't anything you can take to help back problems other than shit to help with pain which I dont recommend

A good place to start would be going to the Doc and getting checked out for any disks that could be herniated. You should not ignore this and follow this up with your Doctor very thoroughly.
