joint pain becoming an issue

okay I’ve had joint issues in the past but they usually resolve themselves after a few weeks and I’m able to push through them
recently though I was doing some pull-ups and push-ups and my elbows really started to ache
I’m afraid that I have to change strategies and get away from using my elbow too much
what are some supplements that you recommend that I mix in with rest to help with my elbow pain?
 
For elbow pain, try collagen, glucosamine, turmeric, fish oil, and boswellia. These can help reduce inflammation and support joint health. Just make sure to rest and avoid overusing the elbow while it heals.

i would get fish oil with glucosamine it works

Consider why you feel ok with pushing through injuries. Rest, rehab and stop doing stuff that actually harms you
 
I would consider some MSM it's very underrated
 
fish oil you should feel within a few days
 
if I were you I would get on a joint support supplement and try that
