low dose nandrolone options geneza

I’m looking to use some low dose geneza pharma on my next cycle
looking at either NPP or deca durabolin
which one would you recommend I use and what is the lowest dosage I can run to get some effects. I’m only worried about water retention because I do a lot of cardio

deca/npp is nadrolone, effect is the same, if you dont like to pin i recommend deca
300mg is enough for good results

low dose is fine but if you do cardio do equipoise
300mgs equipoise
50mgs winstrol

Hey brother,
NPP 100mg 2-3 ml per week splitting by the dose.
NPP does generate much water retention, in that case keep estrogen blocker on hand
