Low calorie diets and sarms

Newbie
what do you think about doing low-calorie diets and then stacking in sarms with that?
Right now I am around 200 lb and I get around 2500 calories a day. If i was to drop my calories in half and then run lgd4033 and gw cardarine will i lose weight?
Or will I keep gaining cause of the sarms?
 
of course eating below maintenance will help to lose weight and you certainly can lower your calories with sarms... 1250 is pretty damn low though, you may want to reconsider that low... start with 250-300 below and assess from there...
 
when you drop calories you also burn less calories

keep that in mind. short term yes you will lose weight, but long term you will actually gain weight since you slow down metabolism and then up calories and gain more weight

LGD and gw will help you retain muscle on low calories
make sure you're high protein and low carb
