Got a PM asking for an update.

Last 2 weeks I've pinned 150mg/Test/Wk, that's it.
Planning on chillin thru March 1st and hope to start new bulk then. I learned a lot this cycle, Dbol tore me up running 100mg/d then dropping to 75mg/d, then having to come off halfway through the bulk cause gyno setting in. Thankfully gyno cleared up nicely. I switched to the cut and ran test/tren/eq/var/gh/deca. Lowest weight is in this pic I attached, 224 @ 6'4".

Next cycle I plan on running 30-40 mg dbol, WITH nolva and of course ai. Lol

I appreciate the support and everyone watching the progress/setback/progress this cycle was... Lmao.

I'll log it up again around March 1st gentlemen.

That is a great look in the picture you shared. If you can add some size next cycle and keep that level of leanness, you will be looking crazy.
 
Just got some bloodwork done. Been at 150mg/wk test for 6 weeks now. Nothing else. It looks better than my last bloodwork 6 months ago. I’m putting on some fat, just chillin, still working out 6 days a week, losing some strength and stamina but that’s a no brainer cruising.

your thyroid levels are way too low IMO

and you dont have enough vitamin D, you need to start taking 3-4 caps 5000Iu per day to restore it

and your test levels are way too low for 150mgs/week, you should bump to 200mgs/week testosterone

and kidney values too high, start using n2guard when it's back but for now add cranberries dry and lots of water
 
vitamin D levels are really bad damn you need to supplement asap
