Worked to 60kg/132lbs per hand x 6 reps using my singly ply slingshot. Brutal just to hold

10p x 12, 18p x 8 / bwt (321lbs) x 6, +25kg/55lbs x 4 ugly reps (should have gone with 22.5kg added)
