I haven't been food tracking because I've tried that and it's to difficult when I'm not the one making the food and I don't know what any of it weighs or nothing about most of it so it just became to much of a hassle. Not to mention i am not trying to get super lean or nothing. I'm just cutting a little bit of fat then I'm bulking back up with lean mass. Genetically its never really mattered what I've eaten in the past because I've had abs for 90% of my life and the only reason I got chunky was because I drove over the road trucking and never even got out and walked or lifted anything. On top of all that my testosterone has always been low. So now that I'm working out consistently and my testosterone is no longer low and I stay moving here and there i don't feel like having a strict diet is all that important especially since I'm not trying to look like a bodybuilder im just trying to look normal and healthy and really i just need test to do that. I know you are trying to help but I feel like you are trying to get me looking like a bodybuilder more then a normal athletic person who is nicely built. Idk i just haven't been able to track my food regardless because half of the time I'm not even sure how to list it so it never looks accurate. Also my weight has been steady and I've been losing body fat so I feel like my diet is pretty alright especially compared to the last 2 years.
