How many days would you recommend resting? I keep only taking 1 day off but feel like i need more days for my muscle to completely repair for max results. I'm taking 2 days off this time just to be sure. Sucks though because I don't ever feel like I need to rest but I know it's not optional but a necessity in order to not Plato to soon.

based on your training style i would rest 2x a week, but on rest day still do some low impact cardio like swimming, yoga, bicycling etc. then if you need a 3rd rest day where you just sit on your ass doing nothing on certain weeks you can do it.
