Yeah I believe it was mostly due to the box squats which I lifted heavy on and it put a lot of pressure on my spine. Then to make matters worse i did deadlifts right after with weight that was probably at least 80% of my 1rpm. Then because I worked out at a weird hour i had to work out again like 4 to 6 hours later. At this point I still felt ok. I went to do bent over rows at 225lbs and I did one before my upper back didn't like it. So I took 2 plates off the bar and went to grab 25lb plates instead to add to the 45s. When I reached down to grab the weight my back popped and I was on the floor not able to get up. Eventually I got up and the next day I couldn't get out of bed so went to the hospital. On the bright side my back feels brand new after sleeping for 6 days straight lol I benched today and did triceps with no issues.
