I just wanted to share my experience so far as I'm currently in
week 8 out of 10 of my very first cycle. I figured it might be helpful for others to read a real-world feedback from someone who’s been extremely consistent, structured, and disciplined.
Cycle overview:
I’ve been running Turinabol with moderate T3 support., T4, Anavar No testosterone base, and no PCT planned at the end since I’ll be transitioning directly into a second cycle with Testosterone and HGH. I did recently start Nolvadex at 20 mg/day to address a slight gyno onset.
My progress so far:
- I’ve dropped about 4% body fat (from 17.5% to 13.5%)
- Gained roughly 3 kg of lean muscle
- I’ve seen steady improvement in muscle density, vascularity, and energy
- Absolutely zero missed sessions or cardio since day 1
Diet:
I’ve followed my diet with about
96% adherence.
Here’s how my macros have looked over the last few weeks:
- Protein: around 2.4g/kg
- Carbs: 2.5–3g/kg, gradually increasing now as I taper into my marathon
- Fat: about 0.8g/kg
I’m eating 6 clean meals a day, everything weighed, prepped and adjusted around my training schedule.
Training structure:
- Morning fasted cardio: 30–50 minutes, 6 days/week
- Weight training at midday: 5x per week, structured split (back/biceps, chest, shoulders/abs, legs, chest/triceps)
- Evening: 45 to 90 minutes of cycling every day, Zone 2
- Daily yoga: 2×10 minutes
I’ve literally not missed a single cardio session, workout, or bike ride. Discipline has been everything.
General feedback:
The fat loss has been smooth, energy levels steady, and my sleep and recovery have been excellent. I’m really happy with the body recomposition—leaner, harder, stronger—and I feel like the foundation I’ve built in terms of routine will serve me long-term.
I’ll post a final update after week 10 and share how I transition into my second cycle. Happy to answer any questions if it helps someone starting out.
