Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here looking to do my first cycle. I'm 56 years old, and over the last year I've dropped 30 pounds and packed on about 10 lbs of muscle. I'm still looking to drop 10 pounds of body fat, but I'm hoping to do this through body recomp. I train 6 days a week currently, and I'm on a low-dose TRT. My thought is to up my TRT to 200mg per week and add Primo at 200mg per week. I know those are both low, but for the first cycle, I'm looking to dip my toe, not do something radical. Will I see some body recomp with this cycle, what would everyone suggest to improve?
