Hey guys first of all I’d like to say I have both good and bad news
Firstly with the good, some girls brother approached me at the gym and gave me her number since she liked me. Along with this I’m down to 176 pounds.
Second the bad news: my blood pressure has been how this past week it dipped to an all time low of 108/50 shortly after I passed out after feeling light headed for the past couple days. After waking up I was given food: nothing bad just some mixed nuts and fruit but I think I definitely went off plan today. Feeling better tho. What do you guys want to do ? Take away fasting or do a refeed lmk.
