Approved Log My First Testosterone Anavar N2Guard cutting cycle Log

Hey guys first of all I’d like to say I have both good and bad news

Firstly with the good, some girls brother approached me at the gym and gave me her number since she liked me. Along with this I’m down to 176 pounds.


Second the bad news: my blood pressure has been how this past week it dipped to an all time low of 108/50 shortly after I passed out after feeling light headed for the past couple days. After waking up I was given food: nothing bad just some mixed nuts and fruit but I think I definitely went off plan today. Feeling better tho. What do you guys want to do ? Take away fasting or do a refeed lmk.

March 9th

Anabolex fam my luck has turned to shit lol I wake up this morning to find out I am sick. Nothing too out of the ordinary just something viral. I think I caught it on Friday or Thursday but didn’t think of the sore throat as a sickness but a sign on dehydration so when fever set in last night I knew I was fucked lol. Hopefully will recover enough to train tmrw

Called my folks over to my house and I just kind of ate whatever they cooked . I do know I went of diet plan just from the amount of honey they put in the tea

Fasted 22hrs
Ate from 5:30-10am

Yesterday I just found out that I’d be seeing an ex at some function coming up on march 21st I think the last time she saw me was when I was 30 pounds heavier.
Man to man, stay focused. Believe in yourself, you don’t need anyone else to believe you but YOU compañero.

Sounds good bro I’ve been eating lots of citrus and having some healthy homemade Turkish soups so hopefully I’ll recover and dive headfirst into the grind
 
Hey anabolex fam still sick today but started to tighten diet up from a calorie standpoint. Mainly just ate fruits had some bone broth and yogurt with granola my guess for today’s calorie intake would be around 14-1600 maybe even less. Hopefully I’ll be recovered by tomorrow

Still sick focusing on recovery eating some chicken soup and drinking tea with fruits

Good news is my weight hasn’t changed since the refeed which resulted in 7-8 pounds of water weight. It’s held steady for the past couple of days and it doesn’t seem like the carbs caused a spill over.
